Arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time so you can get suited up, store your things, and be ready for the land demo.
No. You can join even if you’ve never paddleboarded. If you don’t know how to swim, you’ll wear a life jacket and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) leash attached to the board.
Wear comfortable athletic clothes or swimwear. Bring a towel, sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap recommended), and water. For dogs, bring a flat leash (no retractable leashes) and treats if needed (for example, if your dog has allergies).
