- Marina parking costs $20 per car, or drop-off access costs $5 per person. These on-site charges are not included in the listed price.
- Sign the digital waiver before the charter; everyone in your party must complete one.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, can result in refusal of service.
- Saturday and holiday rentals require a 4-hour minimum.
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 8+ days ahead at no charge; within 7 days, 50% is charged; within 48 hours, 100%. For severe-weather cancellations, only time used is charged; if none is used, you receive a refund minus the non-refundable booking fee. Clouds, wind, and light or intermittent rain do not qualify for cancellation. No compensation for late arrivals or early returns.
