Things to know
Closed-toe shoes are required to enter production areas. Tours may be rebooked or cancelled if fewer than four participants are booked. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
Cancellation policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, due to limited space. Customers will receive a full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
