- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and gear up
- Bring a valid photo ID; the booking cardholder must be present
- Complete the required waiver before participating

- If you are under 18, a guardian age 21 or older must accompany you at all times
- Pick up timing for cured bears will be provided
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.
