Lake Travis
This spot has built a solid reputation as a versatile outdoor destination, drawing in divers, picnickers, hikers, and sightseers alike. The diving setup is a genuine highlight, with sunken platforms and navigation areas that make it a great training ground for scuba enthusiasts. There's also a boat ramp on site, though it's worth noting they operate on a cash-only basis. The scenery is a big draw, with beautiful views and plenty of birdlife adding to the atmosphere. A walk through the area is well worth the time, and the picnic setup makes it easy to spend a relaxed afternoon. If you're planning to hit the beach area, bring a mat since the shoreline is rocky rather than sandy. Overall, it's a charming and well-rounded spot that offers something for most outdoor interests.
Has a nice setup for Scuba Diving.
