- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+
- Children's parties require one parent for every 5 children to help with supervision
- No pets allowed
- The captain's fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay 20% of the total booking price separately in cash; other payment methods incur an additional $20 charge
- Bring a life jacket for each child age 12 or under. Children in this age group must wear it at all times
- Sign a liability waiver on arrival before boarding
- If you're the charter's licensee, complete the boat license agreement before your departure date
- Leave glass, glitter, silly spray, bubble machines, sunflower seeds, fishing poles, and red foods or sauces such as Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Tabasco behind
- Arrive 25 minutes before your scheduled departure

Cancellation Policy
The $500 deposit is nonrefundable. Tours depart as scheduled in drizzle, light showers, or spotty showers. In thunder, lightning, heavy winds, or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a rain check to reschedule for an available date. Holidays and holiday weekends are excluded.
