Hal, Rylee, David, and the rest of the team here have built something genuinely special in Winston-Salem. Whether guests are hopping on Segways through Old Salem, cruising e-bikes around Salem Lake, or riding the trolley for a wedding, the guides consistently stand out for their deep knowledge of local history and their ability to make first-timers feel completely at ease. David in particular gets mentioned repeatedly for his passion for Old Salem's history, and even longtime locals say they learned things they never knew about their own city. The adventure options are varied enough to suit different group types, from families looking for a fun afternoon to wedding parties needing reliable shuttle logistics. Rylee handles the booking and coordination side with a lot of communicative energy, which reviewers clearly appreciate when planning something as stressful as a wedding. The trolley transportation service has earned especially consistent praise for professionalism and attention to guests. If you're visiting Winston-Salem and want a way to explore that goes beyond walking around on your own, this crew delivers real value. The guided e-bike and Segway tours around the greenway and Quarry Park come up again and again as crowd favorites, and the overall tone across reviews points to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
Love, love , love Triad Trolleys!!! We recently enjoyed celebrating our son's birthday on board their trolley as we toured Winston Salem . Our son and his best friend have developmental disabilities and our tour guide Rylee was amazing and accommodating. The entire staff was so helpful and thoughtful from the initial booking all the way through our fun trolley adventure. Thank you Triad Trolleys! Hope to see you again soon !
