Explore Oahu’s Windward coastline on a self-guided ocean kayak. Choose from reef-protected routes and offshore islands, with all gear provided and easy pickup in Kailua.
Children under 13 need to book a private trip. Children must ride in a double or 3-seat kayak with a parent or guardian, one child per adult. All paddlers should be physically fit and able to swim with a life vest.
Notify us more than 48 hours in advance for a 100% refund or to reschedule. Operator cancellations due to hazardous weather may reschedule or receive a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. Re-scheduled tours cannot receive refunds.

We kayaked out to Mokoliʻi (only a 30 minute drive from the shop) and it was absolutely unforgettable. Michael went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible and that we were fully set up for a great day on the water. We’ll definitely be renting from Active Oahu again next time we’re back on the island!
