Cancellations more than 24 hours before start are fully refundable (bookings with 4 or fewer). Within 24 hours is non-refundable. For 5–9 people: free cancellation up to 72 hours; within 72 hours non-refundable. More than 10 and private tours: all sales final. Late arrivals/no-shows non-refundable.
