- Meet the minimum operator age of 25 and have prior boat-operating experience relevant to local conditions
- Carry a boater safety certificate if you were born in 1988 or later; operators born before 1988 need a valid driver's license
- Bring government-issued photo ID and a valid driver's license for every driver
- Bring a major credit card for the required $500 deposit
- Complete the required rental contract
- Avoid Gulf access; a $300 violation fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Expect fuel used to be charged when you return; fuel is not included in the listed price
- Return by your scheduled time; a $50 late charge applies for each 15 minutes late and is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are charged 50% of the rental fee; day-of cancellations and late arrivals are charged the full rate. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day periods require 7 full days' notice. No rental charge if the operator cancels for dangerous weather.

Every operator must be at least 25, have boating experience appropriate for local conditions, and hold a valid driver’s license. The boat operator must be born before 1988 or have a boater’s license.
Bring valid state- or federally issued identification, a credit card, waterproof bags, reading glasses, a USB charger, shoes, sunblock, and plenty of water. The operator should also bring their boater’s license if required.
