Important details
- Boat operators must be at least 25 years old
- Operators need prior boating experience relevant to the area and conditions, including knowledge of boat controls and safety equipment
- A boater's license is required for operators born in 1988 or later
- Bring a valid driver's license for every driver
- Bring a major credit card for the $500 security deposit, which is separate from the listed price
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; you'll be charged for the fuel used when you return the boat
- A late-return fee of $50 per 15 minutes applies separately from the listed price
- Stay out of the Gulf; Gulf access is prohibited, and violating this rule incurs a separate $300 fee
- Sign the rental contract before taking the boat out
- Check in promptly at your scheduled rental start time. Arrive no later than 30 minutes after that time for orientation

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% charge; same-day cancellations and late arrivals incur the full rental charge. A 7-full-day cancellation policy applies during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks and Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends. If the marina cancels for unsafe boating weather, you won't be charged.
