- A major credit card is required for a $500 security deposit
- Complete the rental contract before departure
- Keep the boat out of Gulf waters; violations incur a $300 fee not included in the listed price
- Expect a fuel charge based on fuel used, not included in the listed price
- Return at the scheduled time; a $50 charge applies for every 15 minutes late, not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 72 hours of departure and 50% of the rental fee applies. Same-day cancellations and late arrivals are charged the full rental rate. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day holiday periods require 7 full days’ notice. No charge if the marina cancels due to dangerous weather conditions.
