Important details
- Complete the activity waiver before arrival
- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity start time
- Ages 4–6 are limited to the Keiki Course and Ohana Splash Pad and require full-time adult supervision
- Main courses require ages 7+; ages 7–9 need parent or adult 18+ supervision on the course
- Ages 10–17 require parent supervision on the property
- Bring a towel and reusable water bottle
- Leave hats, sunglasses, and mobile devices off the lagoon; dropped items cannot be retrieved
- Keep outside food, beverages, coolers, tents, chairs, smoking, tailgating, and one-time decorations off the property
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a refund less a $5 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If Wai Kai cancels, you'll be offered alternative booking options or a full refund.
