Cancel up to 24 hours before start: forfeit 10% deposit. Cancel within 24 hours: full amount, no refunds. For 3+ day or 3+ unit reservations: cancel up to 120 hours before start: forfeit 50% deposit; within 120 hours: full amount, no refunds.
