Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 72 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the deposit.

Drop-offs are encouraged because space is limited. If parents stay, have extra adults remain in the front celebration area. The birthday child's parents may participate, take photos, or stay at the front tables.
