- Caboose and locomotive tickets require independently climbing vertical ladder steps to board
- Ticket purchase requires consent to photography and video recording on the train or museum grounds for promotional use without compensation
- Arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure; boarding begins about 15 minutes before departure
- Finish all food and drinks before boarding; food and drinks are not allowed on the train or at intermediate stops
- Use the Gift Shop restroom before boarding; vintage railcars have no working restrooms
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Unused travel funds can be applied to a different date or time in the same March–October operating season. Rides operate rain, shine, or snow when safety standards are met. If the ride is cancelled and not rescheduled that day, a full refund may be provided upon request.
