- Wheelchair accessibility is limited: train doorways are 24 inches wide, and wheelchair storage space is limited. A boarding lift is available at Greenbank Station, but not at Hockessin.

- Do not smoke anywhere on the train or inside railroad buildings.
- Train cars and locomotives may be substituted, and schedules may change without notice.

Pick up reserved tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. Seats may be released if tickets remain unclaimed 5 minutes before departure. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Trains run rain or shine.
