- Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get suited up
- One adult age 18+ and one child ages 6–13 are required per ticket; no substitutions
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Plan to collect your cured bears later; pickup timing will be provided
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio’s discretion.

Wear something you do not mind getting paint on. Ponchos and gloves are provided, and goggles are available on request.
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get suited up. Sessions begin promptly on the hour and cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Bring a valid ID if you are the cardholder who booked the experience. The studio may refuse service if the ID and cardholder name do not match.
