Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and gearing up
- This ticket requires 1 adult age 18+ and 1 child ages 6-13; no substitutions
- Keep children under 16 supervised; 1 adult is required for every 3 children ages 6-15
- No one under age 5 may enter the studio, including non-painting visitors
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Bring valid photo ID if you are the reservation cardholder; otherwise, a participant needs a credit card and matching ID
- Leave your bears at the studio to cure before pickup
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.
