- Expect a self-guided experience inside Ellis Island buildings; guides cannot lead tours there

Cancellation Policy
60+ days before the tour: Full refund minus non-refundable fees. 30–59 days before: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before, no-shows, or early departures: no refund.
