Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and gearing up
- Valid for 1 adult age 18+ and 1 child ages 6–13 only; no substitutions
- Children under 16 require adult supervision at all times
- Bring ID if you are the reservation cardholder
- If the reservation cardholder is absent, a participating adult needs a credit card and matching ID
- Complete the required waiver before participating
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.

No. Children under 5 are not permitted in the studio, whether painting or not.
Sessions start on the hour and may not be extended for late arrivals. If you arrive too late, the session can be rebooked so you can enjoy the full experience.
