    Can I bring my vehicle?
    No, the ferry carries passengers only.

    Are wheelchairs allowed?
    Collapsible wheelchairs are welcome, but guests must walk up and down the ramp and wheelchairs must be stowed while underway.

    How long is the crossing?
    The trip takes about 45 minutes, depending on weather and harbor traffic.

    Are pets permitted?
    Yes, service animals and pets in carriers or on a leash are welcome; leashed pets must stay on the outer-upper deck.

    Is smoking allowed on board?
    No, the vessel is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.

    Is luggage storage available?
    Luggage can be stored on board while underway, but there is no storage in either port.

    Things to know

    Children 12 and under must travel with a parent or legal guardian. Motorized scooters and electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated; guests must be able to walk up the ramp. Pets are welcome in carriers or on leashes.

    Cancellation policy

    Reservations are fully refundable until two weeks before departure, 70% refundable from two weeks until 48 hours before departure, and non-refundable within 48 hours. No-shows are non-refundable. Dates and times can be changed free of charge at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
