Know before you go

• Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in, helmet fitting, and a safety orientation
• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Ages 14+ only
• Riders under 18 require a legal guardian at check-in
• Requires ability to ride a standard bicycle, use hand brakes, mount and dismount, and ride on uneven surfaces
• Not suitable for impaired mobility or poor balance; not recommended during pregnancy or with health conditions that increase injury risk
• Bring the credit card used for booking or another card for a refundable damage hold
