• Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in, helmet fitting, and a safety orientation
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Ages 14+ only
• Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at check-in
• Standard bicycle riding and safe hand-brake operation required
• Requires mounting and dismounting a standard bicycle and riding on uneven surfaces
• Not suitable for impaired mobility or poor balance and not recommended during pregnancy or for health conditions that increase injury risk
• Bring the credit card used for booking, or another card, for a refundable damage hold; rental insurance waives the hold
• Stay on roads and follow local traffic laws; off-roading and unauthorized entry into residential or restricted areas are not allowed
