• Ages 18+ only, or ages 16+ when accompanied by a legal guardian; a valid driver's license is required
• Requires safe e-bike operation, including mounting and dismounting a standard bicycle and riding on uneven surfaces
• Not suitable for impaired mobility or poor balance and not recommended during pregnancy
• Wear a helmet, eye protection, and appropriate safety gear while riding
• Ride only on public roads; no off-roading, dirt or gravel roads, private drives, residential areas, or restricted areas
• Stay sober and follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Complete the required liability waiver acknowledging road, weather, wildlife, and other riding risks
• A refundable $250 security deposit, not included in the listed price, is required and returned if the e-bike is clean, operable, and undamaged
• Damage or loss to the e-bike or accessories may result in additional charges
