Important details

• The renter must be over 18. Riders under 18 require adult supervision.
• Requires competence and familiarity with riding a multi-speed bicycle. Bicycle instruction is not provided.
• Maintenance or tuning needed during your rental is at your expense and is not included in the listed price. Equipment failures beyond your control, such as worn parts or structural deficiencies, are covered by the operator; rider-related damage, punctures, and gear tune-ups are not.
• You are responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken equipment, regardless of who is at fault, except for covered equipment failures. Repair or replacement charges are not included in the listed price.
• Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. A $10 per-bike fee applies when equipment is returned 15 minutes past the agreed return time. More than 2 hours late triggers additional charges at the hourly rate for each 2 hours overdue.
• Unreturned bikes incur the daily rental rate for each day overdue. Recovery adds a collection fee equal to the daily rate; an unrecoverable bike incurs its full retail value. If late fees exceed the bike's retail value, they stop accruing and the retail value is charged in addition to the rental price.
• Wear your helmet at all times while riding.
• Ride at your own risk. You assume liability for rental-related personal property damage or loss and accidents or injuries to others.
• Return the equipment directly to the rental provider in the condition received, allowing for ordinary wear and tear. Unsafe or hazardous riding may end your rental immediately; return the bicycle immediately if your rental is terminated.
• Equipment deficiencies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. A photo of damaged or worn parts is required for reimbursement of covered parts and service.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your departure time.
