• Renters must be over 18. Riders under 18 require adult supervision.
• Requires competence and familiarity with a multi-speed bicycle. Instruction in bicycle use, assembly, and maintenance is not provided.
• Maintenance and tuning during your rental are at your expense, except repairs for equipment failures beyond your control, such as worn parts. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, regardless of who is at fault, excluding ordinary wear and equipment failures beyond your control. Repair or replacement charges are not included in the listed price.
• A $10 per-bike late fee applies at 15 minutes past the agreed return time. Returns more than two hours late incur the hourly rate for each two-hour late period. These fees are not included in the listed price.
• Unreturned bikes incur the daily rate for each overdue day until recovered. Recovery adds a collection fee equal to the daily rate; an unrecoverable bike incurs its full retail value. Late fees stop accruing when they exceed the bike's retail value, and the retail value is charged instead. These charges are additional to the rental price.
• Wear your helmet at all times while riding. You ride at your own risk and assume liability for related personal-property damage or loss and injury to others.
• Return all equipment directly to the rental location. Unsafe or hazardous riding can end your rental immediately; return the bicycle immediately if your rental is terminated.
• Start between 8am and 10am. Arrive 10 minutes before your departure time.
