• Renters must be over 18 years old. Riders under 18 require adult supervision.
• Requires competence and familiarity with a multi-speed bicycle. Instruction in bicycle use, assembly, or maintenance is not provided.
• Maintenance and tuning during your rental are at your expense and are not included in the listed price. The operator covers equipment failures beyond your control, such as worn parts; rider-related damage, punctures, and gear tune-ups are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken equipment, regardless of who is at fault, except for ordinary wear and covered equipment failures. Repair or replacement charges are not included in the listed price.
• A $10 per-bike late fee applies when equipment is returned 15 minutes past the agreed return time. Returns more than two hours late are charged at the hourly rate for each two-hour period. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Unreturned bikes incur the daily rate for each overdue day. Recovery adds a collection fee equal to the daily rate; an unrecoverable bike incurs its full retail value in addition to the rental price. Late fees stop accruing once they exceed the bike's retail value, at which point the retail value is charged instead. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Wear the provided helmet at all times while riding.
• Ride at your own risk. You assume liability for rental-related personal property damage or loss and accidents or injuries involving others.
• Report equipment deficiencies within 48 hours of receiving the bike. Photos of damaged or worn parts are required for reimbursement of covered parts and service.
• Return all equipment directly to the rental operator. Unsafe or hazardous riding may end your rental immediately; return the bike to the designated return area if instructed.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your departure time.
