Things to know
Minimum age is 11 and minimum height is 4' 11". Maximum waist is 43". You must be able to climb a four-step ladder to get in and out of the cockpit.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours notice required to cancel or reduce pilots. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. No-shows are not refunded. No refunds after you partially or fully complete a simulation experience.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your check-in time, you may miss the classroom briefing, may not be able to fly, and you will not receive a refund.
