- Nonresident anglers age 15+ need a Hawaii fishing license: $20 for 1 day, $40 for 7 days, or $70 annually
- Hawaii residents, nonresident children under 15, and active military members and families are exempt
- Fish over 50 lb stay with the boat; under-50-lb catches may be cleaned and split 50/50, with up to 50 lb leaving the boat
- Expect the captain to make final decisions on any fish-policy exceptions

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before departure. Cancellations 48–72 hours before departure lose the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather and you cannot reschedule.
