- Arrive on time; rentals are considered a no-show one hour after the reservation time
- Keep the same rental party throughout the rental; swapping with other individuals is not allowed
- Return with your party to complete the rental period, even if time remains
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the booking date for a full refund. Cancel 48 to 24 hours before for a 50% refund; cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
