Important details
- Complete the activity waiver before arrival
- Arrive and check in 30 minutes before your activity start time
- Bring a towel and refillable water bottle
- Ages 4–6 are limited to the Keiki Course and Splash Pad and require full-time supervision
- Ages 7–9 require parent or adult supervision on the course; ages 10–17 require parent supervision on the property
- Leave hats, sunglasses, and mobile devices off the lagoon; dropped items cannot be retrieved
- Leave outside food, drinks, coolers, tents, chairs, and one-time decorations at home
- Smoking and tailgating are not allowed on the property
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the activity for a refund minus a $5 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the amount paid. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, the activity will be rescheduled or refunded.
