Itinerary
- Your journey begins with pick up in the Peak Tours van, a comfortable passenger shuttle with a high celling and large, tinted windows, ideal for viewing the passing landscape.
- We will meet your guide near the tranquil forest edge for a welcome and grounding introduction.
- From there, you’ll enter the tree canopy for a slow, sensory-focused walk designed to awaken awareness of scent, sound, and texture in the natural world.
- Guests are invited to participate in mindful breathing exercises, guided observation, and optional Earthing as your guide shares insights from horticulture and forest ecology.
- The experience culminates in a peaceful tea ceremony, offering a quiet moment of reflection before you return from the woods feeling centered, balanced, and renewed.
