Things to know
Children under 11 must ride with an adult; children 7 and younger must wear life jackets; rentals are not recommended for children under 5. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver in person.
Bring a valid ID to leave at check-in (one per vessel). Arrive within 1 hour of your reservation or your vessel may be released. A $6 per vehicle park entry fee is not included. Alcohol is prohibited. Finishing early does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental to receive a refund or reschedule. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows, including arriving with fewer paddlers than booked. If unsafe weather cancels your rental, you will be refunded in full.
