Things to know
Riders must be age 14+; renters/riders must be 21+ or have a parent or guardian accompanying them. Bring your own water bottle (filling available in store, bottles not provided). Family bike passenger limit is up to 75 lbs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Within 1 day: 5% cancellation fee. Within 23 hours: 100% cancellation fee. The operator may cancel your rental and refund you if either the renter or the weather is unsuitable.
