Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and make sure your waivers are signed. Closed-toe shoes with heel straps are required; no flip-flops, sandals, or bare feet. You may briefly encounter Class IV drops depending on time of year and rainfall.
Full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
