Important details
- Ages 18+ to book. Paddleboards are for ages 18+ only.
- Ages 9–17 require an adult present on the water at all times. Children ages 4–8 may ride only as passengers in tandem kayaks or canoes.
- Weight limits: 275 lbs for single kayaks, 550 lbs for tandem kayaks, and 600 lbs for canoes. Paddleboard weight limits range from 250–275 lbs.
- A daily park entry fee or annual park sticker is required and is not included in the listed price.
- Late returns incur an additional charge of double the hourly rate for every 15 minutes past your return time.
- Equipment left unlocked incurs an additional fee of $10 per item.
- Unreported lost or damaged paddles and life jackets incur an additional charge of $25 each. Lost or damaged kayaks incur retail replacement or repair costs. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Complete waivers on the day of your rental, before your rental time, and ensure everyone in your group completes theirs. Equipment unlock combinations are sent after the waivers are signed.
- Wear a personal flotation device whenever using a kayak.
- Use only the equipment you rented, return it on time, and lock all equipment afterward. Keep wrappers and other trash for disposal when you return to the launch.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to unlock your equipment and get on the water on time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. With less notice, partial refunds or credits are discretionary. If the operator cancels for weather or other circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Launching is allowed in slight rain. Thunder or lightning allows rescheduling or a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price with no refund.

Yes. Portable toilets are near the launch, and bathrooms are in the building you pass when approaching the main parking lot.
Wear quick-drying clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, snacks and water. Bring a cellphone and a dry bag or watertight case for your phone and keys; cell service can be spotty.
