- Bring a valid passport; passport details must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure for BVI customs documents
- Bring $80 cash per person for BVI customs fees, not included in the listed price
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is billed after the charter at market price per gallon based on usage
- Expect estimated fuel charges of $200–$300 for Jost Van Dyke, $300–$400 for Norman and Jost, or $400–$500 for The Baths
- Complete the required waiver before the day of your charter
- Bring reef-safe sunscreen, towels, and any snacks, drinks, or alcoholic beverages; glass is not allowed
- Some destinations, including Virgin Gorda and The Baths, depend on weather and sea conditions
- Cash gratuity is recommended at 20% of the charter total
- A $100 cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or dirtiness

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full charter fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Forgetting a valid passport may result in a USVI-only itinerary with no refund of additional BVI payments.
