- Rentals require an adult age 18+ with a valid driver's license or photo ID
- Ages 15–17 may ride only under a parent or legal guardian's responsibility
- Requires bicycle or electric-bike operating skills
- Helmet use is required
- Ride only on approved paved roads and paths; no sand, unpaved surfaces, or private property
- No night riding; full-day rentals end at closing
- A credit-card authorization applies for damage or loss, and you are responsible for the bike's full value if needed
- Complete a waiver before your rental
- A $500 penalty, not included in the listed price, applies for leaving the approved usage zone
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before rental start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
