All participants must sign a liability waiver; guests under 18 need a parent/guardian signature. Guide gratuity is not included; 15–20% is typical.
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a refund minus a 10% admin fee. Reschedule more than 48 hours before start for a 10% admin fee. No-shows are charged full price. If the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions and can’t reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund.

Plan to be in good physical condition, since your ability to enjoy the day depends on your health and fitness. Winter trips can require moderate to advanced fitness depending on the activity, and you’ll be at about 9,000 feet.
Bring layered winter clothing and sturdy waterproof boots. Pack a medium backpack with water, snacks/food, sunscreen, sunglasses, and winter essentials like a hat, warm gloves, and a neck gaiter or buff.
