Helmets and mountain bikes are not included; rentals are available for an additional fee. Guide gratuity is not included; typical tips range from 15–20%.
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a refund minus a 10% admin fee. Reschedule more than 48 hours before start for a 10% admin fee. No-shows are charged full price. Runs rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe conditions, you’ll get a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Yes. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign.
Expect a physically demanding day. You’ll ride at high elevation (around 9,000 feet), and you’ll enjoy the ride more if you’re in good physical condition.
Plan to ride a full-suspension or hard-tail mountain bike with disc brakes and flat pedals. Bike and helmet rentals are available; a mountain bike rental costs $80 per bike.
