Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Reschedule more than 48 hours before start for a 10% fee. No-shows are charged full price. Activities run rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe conditions and rescheduling isn't possible, receive a full refund.
