- Arrive at 8 AM; your guide will send final meeting details 24–48 hours before the activity
- Bring water, food or snacks, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, pants or long shorts, a synthetic shirt, and an insulating or waterproof layer
- Sign a liability waiver; participants under 18 need a parent or guardian signature
- Share any medical conditions, medications, allergies, surgeries, or physical limitations that may affect your trip
- Provide an emergency contact who is over 18 and not participating in the trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before start; a 10% admin fee applies. No-shows are charged full price. Trips run rain or shine. If unsafe conditions cancel the trip and rescheduling is not possible, receive a full refund. Trips may be shortened or rerouted due to hazards or ability.
