- Renters must be 21 or older; drivers must be 18 or older
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall
- Bring your driver's license and state-issued photo ID
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require valid ATV and UTV safety certification before arrival. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted. Bring proof of certification
- This activity is not suitable during pregnancy and is not wheelchair accessible
- A refundable $3,000 damage deposit per machine is collected at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a card for the deposit
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Refuel the ATV with premium gas before returning it; the fuel cost is your responsibility
- Helmets and goggles are required and available for $10 per set, not included in the listed price
- Safety certification course fees are not included in the listed price. Fees vary by provider; free options may be available

- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to complete any missing paperwork
Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing with 7 days' notice for a full refund, credit, or rebooking. No-shows are charged full price. Rentals run rain or shine. Day-of trail closures due to fire danger or natural disasters are rebooked or refunded. Late returns cost $100 for 10 minutes–1 hour, then $100 per additional hour. If your delay disrupts another rental, you'll be charged that rental's price.
