- Ages 21+ with a valid driver's license required to rent
- Wear life jackets at all times for children ages 12 and under
- Sign a waiver before boarding the boat
- Accept responsibility for damages, injuries, or death while using the rental boat
- Keep the boat at least 30 feet from shore
- Do not pull the boat onto shore or near hot springs
- Do not fish from the boat or tow tubes, skiers, or other equipment
- Keep your speed at or below 10 mph

Cancel at least 30 days in advance for a refund less 10%. No refunds for early departure or weather conditions such as rain or wind.
