- Arrive 30 minutes before departure, or 45 minutes early if renting a wetsuit
- Complete the waiver before arrival

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before your reservation for a full refund less a 15% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days. Date changes cost $75 less than 1 week before, $130 less than 3 days before, or $175 on the day of the trip.
