Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; trips leave on time
- Arrive 45 minutes before departure if renting a wetsuit
- Ages 11+ only; participants ages 11–14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Requires active paddling and cardiovascular physical effort
- Wear shoes that tie or strap to your feet; no heels or work boots
- Avoid cotton in cool weather; wear nylon, fleece, wool, polypropylene, or similar layers
- Leave valuables at home and do not bring alcoholic beverages
- Expect trips to run in rain, shine, or snow; extreme weather may cancel the trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before your reservation for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 30 days before. Date changes cost $75 less than 1 week before, $130 less than 3 days before, or $175 on the day of the trip.
