    Review summary

Outdoor Adventure Rafting delivers consistently memorable whitewater experiences on the Ocoee, and it's clear the guides make all the difference here. Reviewers rave about specific guides by name—Trey, Klay, Charlie, Jon, Wesley, Big John, Riley, and Hugh all get enthusiastic shout-outs for being skilled, funny, and attentive to comfort levels. First-timers and anxious rafters particularly appreciate how the guides balance safety with entertainment, and several people mention the trips were so good they're already planning return visits with the same guide. The property offers both rafting trips and basic camping facilities, with one reviewer noting the cabins are rustic "rough lumber and plywood" structures that work great for groups and retreats but aren't luxury accommodations. The overall operation runs smoothly and professionally, with multiple reviewers praising how well-organized everything feels. One guest has been returning annually since 2015, which speaks volumes about the quality and consistency. Whether it's your first time on the water or you're a regular, the skilled guides and fun atmosphere seem to create the kind of experience that turns into a yearly tradition.

We had an absolute blast on our trip! Caveman was our rafting guide and he asked how wild we wanted our ride, we said all the way. We were basically being water boarded at one point and could not stop laughing. Other rafts in our group with younger kids and older adults had a more mild experience. You could tell each instructor knew the river really well and safety was a top priority. Highly recommend and would go back myself.
