- Pick up your bike between 8:15–8:50 am or 1:00–1:50 pm. Return it between 1:00–1:50 pm or 5:00–6:00 pm; there are no regular retail hours outside these windows
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations are accommodated where possible at least 48 hours before the rental morning. Reservations may be canceled for bad weather, poor trail conditions or improper bike transport. Additional fees, not included in the listed price, may apply for bike damage, excessive wear, bike swaps or improper transport.
