- Pick up during the designated windows: 8:15–8:50 am or 1:00–1:50 pm. Return during the drop-off windows: 1:00–1:50 pm or 5:00–6:00 pm. There are no regular retail hours.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations are accommodated where possible at least 48 hours before the rental morning. Within 48 hours, the bike has been allocated to you. Reservations may be canceled due to bad weather, poor trail conditions, or improper bike transportation.
