Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refund for same-day cancellations. Reschedule free 6+ days before; within 5 days, a $40 fee applies.

Arrive 15 minutes before class. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time forfeits your class and counts as a no-show.
Only registered Hot Shop or flamework class participants may enter the studio. Unregistered children cannot wait unattended.
