Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early; late arrivals may not receive extra studio time
- Bring a valid photo ID if you booked with the card on file; the cardholder must be present at check-in
- A signed waiver is required to participate
- Ages 6+ only; the 28" bear requires ages 13+
- Anyone under 18 is permitted on Sundays only and must be accompanied by a guardian age 21+ at all times
- Expect a blacklight environment
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final sale and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Requests within 48 hours are reviewed at the studio's discretion.

FAQs
Bring a valid photo ID. The cardholder who booked the Glow Drip Bear Experience must be present, and the ID name must match the cardholder name.
Leave your bear at the studio to cure. Pickup timing will be provided; collect it within 15 days, as unclaimed bears are considered abandoned.
