Important details
- Children under 12 require an adult in the same kayak and must wear a life jacket
- Weight limits are 250 lbs per person and 400 lbs combined per kayak
- All experience levels are welcome, but wind and water conditions can make some paddling intermediate-level
- All kayaks seat two. With an odd-numbered party, you may share with someone from another group or paddle alone
- Stay with the group throughout the tour
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the tour time forfeit the full tour cost
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund, or reschedule up to 48 hours before. No refunds within 48 hours or for arrivals over 10 minutes late. In inclement weather, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Operator cancellations for unsafe conditions receive a refund. Tours run in cold, light rain or clouds, but not high winds, thunder or lightning.

Alcohol, tobacco products, audio speakers, oil-based liquids, and metal, glass, foam or paper containers are prohibited.
Wear a swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet. Wear water-friendly shoes or sandals to the start, then remove them before boarding; shoes aren't allowed inside the kayak because they can scratch it.
Bring water, a towel and a change of clothes for after your paddle. Water can drip into the kayak from the paddles. If using sunscreen, apply it before boarding and let it dry as much as possible.
